These things have been happening FOR YEARS.
Except …. they have been happening with MUCH GREATER FREQUENCY over the last 2 years.
Unfortunately, many of us realize that the frequency will continue at this new, higher rate. Rate might even go higher.
Back when I was in HS, in the Stone Age, Coaches told us DO NOT DRINK A LOT OF WATER AFTER EXTEREME PHYSICAL EXERTION.
The reason was that you would dilute your electrolytes to the point that your heart and other muscles would not be able to be controlled by the nervous system.
This was before ‘Gatorade’ was available to everybody...............
