A human “vampire” took her Dracula cosplay to the extreme by sleeping in a coffin — which she insists is super comfy despite getting labeled a “weirdo” online.

The casket case detailed her macabre mattress alternative in a video that’s scared up over 1.2 million views on TikTok.

“Yes, I keep a full real coffin in my bedroom,” the influencer — who goes by Sad Spice on the platform — announced in the clip of her slumber sarcophagus. The pixie-blonde Southerner frequently gets gussied up in various cosplay ensembles, which she uploads for her over 600,000 followers on TikTok.

I worked in Funeral service for three years. I buried about 300 people, including a girl I went to high school with.

Caskets/Coffins are NOT "comfortable", except for the dead.

So he bought himself an expensive bed, and beat the inflation to buy one upon his demise. Thank goodness my ancestors have been using cremation in India for 5000 years. If they buried the bodies India would be just a vast cemetery today.

I built my own coffin and decked it out for under $600 and I could have done it much cheaper than that. It depends on how fancy you want it. Caskets on the other hand are expensive.

I remember a long time ago there was a group of people that did this. I was quite young and I never really understood why they did it.

Daniel Boone had his coffin under his bed and later life. He used to get in it and scare the grand kids.

For those with LONG memories, the New York Times, back in 1968 or 69, had a full page article paid for by a Japanese gentleman about the Vietnam war. In the article he mentioned that he also slept in a coffin.

I’ve always thought cremation made a lot more sense; less gruesome to think about, too.

Why do we need to know about weird people?

So you can comfort yourself by saying, "I might be weird, but I'm not THAT weird."

I think we’re all doing a lot of that these days. It’s one benefit of watching much of the world lose its mind.
