@juliegraceb
A source close to Rep. Ken Buck tells me “The landlord for one of his offices is terminating the lease presumably because of his vote against Jordan.”

I m not sure I believe this. Unless he was behind on his rent the landlord is very limited in kicking a tenant out. He may not renew his lease but the tenant pretty much can stay as long as they are not violating the agreement.

Commercial leases are different than residential leases. Let Buck take the landlord to court. It does appear the landlord is passing the Buck!

I hope someone challenges him in the 24 AZ Primary. He represents Colorado, not Arizona. But I do hope he gets his RINO ass kicked.

Why not? Obviously the Landlord is a constituent and Buck is refusing to listen to his constituents which is his number one obligation.

I expect to read about some new zoning law changes coming to his district in the near future.

I am sure the landlord isn’t stupid. My guess the lease is not being renewed and the landlord is giving notice.

I own commercial property in Arizona, while residential and commercial leases are different. You can not just kick a tenant out without cause. Even if they do not pay or violate the agreement it will take months to remove someone from a a commercial property. I have lived it! It is easier than residential but still difficult.

I’m a CD-4 Delegate and called and read him the riot act, so, I hope this is true!

I don’t like him, but I don’t support doing this to politicians. I agree. Some deserve far worse. Buck has obviously been bought out or something. One just does not turn 180 degrees on the people who sent you to Congress for no reason.

Why not? He’s messing with you. He can get a new office with lobbyist money. I think he said he voted for Emmer, even though he doesn’t like him. What kind of arrogant stuff is that?

My congresscritter has two offices in the district. One is in a county government office building - the other is in a Federal building.
I’m a bit surprised that a congresscritter would rent space in a commercial building.

Each one of these guys should already have a primary opponent having filed to run.

Could this be a campaign office rather than a constituent office? I’d find that more believable.
To: Getready
Because it reminds me of banks cancelling conservatives or when an airline wanted to ban people who booed Mitt Romney on a flight.
To: RandFan
presumably If it is the actual reason, then kudos to that landlord, because Ken Buck is a schmuck cuck for sure. 🙂
