I m not sure I believe this. Unless he was behind on his rent the landlord is very limited in kicking a tenant out. He may not renew his lease but the tenant pretty much can stay as long as they are not violating the agreement.

Commercial leases are different than residential leases. Let Buck take the landlord to court. It does appear the landlord is passing the Buck!
