I wouldn’t call them Conservatives at all. They’re just parroting the leftist line, and in the case of Brother Joke, he openly defends Communism. Pinochet and Franco saved their nations. The only people that deny that are leftists who worked to destroy Spain and Chile.

In European or other country terms, the word "conservative" can mean almost anything -- fascist, or monarchist, or racist, or theocrat or even imperialist.

But in the USA the word "conservative" means none of those things, not even a little.
In the USA, the word "conservative" has always boiled down to just two ideas:

1. the US Constitution & Declaration, meaning Founders original intentions as modified by ratified amendments.

2. traditional, i.e., Judeo-Christian, moral values aka "family values".

Those are what Free Republic is all about.

If you are here to advocate some other BS nonsense, then you are posting on the wrong site and should go where you belong and are wanted.
