For awhile after WWII the world seemed to have learned a thing or two. Bad stuff still happened, but not totally crazy stuff. But now Russia is expanding, people expect China to expand, the Middle East is seriously hot, genocide is back in fashion. I really think nukes will fly in the near future. People need to relearn the lessons.

There is no evidence of genocide so far. What we have is an illegal government in a breakaway province being arrested. Nagorno-Karabakh is legally part of Azerbaijan.
I fell bad for the Armenians. I suggested this be settled with local autonomy, and land and population swaps, 28 years ago at college. Sadly, Armenia took another route looking to Russia and Iran to help secure their gains in the first Karabakh war. The problem for them is that Azerbaijian got rich and worked with Western nations.
