Business magnate Elon Musk, who says that he has "an arsenal of weapons," shared a video.
"I have an arsenal of weapons, most of which I bought in California before they changed the law to make it impossible to do so," Musk posted. "I've hip-fired a 50 cal while walking. Might have the video somewhere."

He's been a citizen of three (well, two and a half) English-speaking countries and still doesn't know the King's English.
An 'arsenal' is where arms are manufactured, and I don't think he's in the arms-manufacturing business. The place where they're stored in bulk is an armory ,not an arsenal.

Also, it isn't sold or advertised as a "sniper" rifle. Barret makes other arms that are so advertised and marketed, but the .50 BMG is sold as an anti-materiel rifle.

Six shots fired in 23 seconds is not a machinegun, especially since each shot was initiated with a separate trigger pull.
My old M60 hog would have put out 40-150 (depending on sustained vs cyclic rate of fire) in the same interval.
50 caliber gun and he also has rockets to launch against his enemies...
It does thin the enemies quick.
