This week, Honda revealed new information about its upcoming mini electric N-Van e with an anticipated 130 miles (210 km) of range. The new Honda N-Van e is built for business and personal use with features like vehicle-to-home (V2H), a flexible interior, and portable power capabilities.
The Japanese automaker announced plans last December to launch a new light commercial EV based on its gas-powered Honda N-Van.
Honda’s goal was to expand the usability of its ICE light van in the form of an EV. As such, the exterior is nearly identical despite the bumper being made from recycled materials.
Honda mounted a thinner battery under the cargo area floor to provide a spacious interior with a low and flat base. Meanwhile, the passenger and rear seats can be folded flat for more cargo room.
For effortless loading and unloading, Honda also eliminated the center pillar typically found in vehicles on the passenger side.
The low center of gravity and practically no noise or vibration provide a quiet ride for those early morning or late night deliveries.

Neither was the ultra comfy diesel bmw sedan that beat the Prius in mileage… with the air con on.
Its only $7000.00 USD in Japan.( 1 million Yen)
By the time it got here, it would be affordable only by the Rockerfellers and their friends.
Add 3000 dollars for transport, aanother 5 grand for HUnter Biden and his Friends in the DNC, and then another 20 grand for dealership profit.
You’d be lucky to get it for 35 grand here.
Askyourself what has happened to AMerica? Greed? Corruption?
This will be Japan’s Model T. All of their gasoline has to be imprted, makes sense for them.
Underwhelming.
Who’d want it?
Well I actually want a car, which is not being sold outside of China yet.
In the meantime we shall see.
Maybe there will be a better, cheaper one by the tỉme it is available.
Meeting US vehicle safety standards is very expensive as well. Doubt that vehicle comes close.
Yay regulation.
Wouldn’t matter if it was offered considering the number of existing homes in the US that lack a 20OA service.
Sure, I’d buy one for bobbing around town to Lowes n back, shopping, etc
Won’t replace my Tundra or Lexus for highway trips, but sure, for $10K count me in.
Hysterical haters don’t tell me what do do.
I missed how long to recharge the vehicle
Crazy that people can’t just let the market decide. It’s either you must replace all your vehicles with EV’s or you’re called names for buying one for your logical use case.
N-Van e with an anticipated 130 miles
Maybe it’s a clue?.
