WASHINGTON, DC — After yet another biting incident involving the Presidential pooch Commander, members of the White House staff and canine experts are at a loss as to how the dog learned such aggressive behavior in the first place.
"There's absolutely no one who lives at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue who exhibits erratic, aggressive, or violent tendencies …it's a complete mystery!" Said Martin Douglass, head of White House Operations. "It seems like his biting and aggressive sniffing is learned behavior but no one around here does anything like that!"
White House staff reported the President's German shepherd bit a Secret Service agent Monday; the agent was treated by medical staff on the premises and will need follow-up care. This brings the number of biting incidents up to 11, and staff continue to scratch their heads over where on earth Commander could have learned behavior like biting and nipping.

“I’m gonna make my dog bite you!”
One detects a note of hostility in that statement.

Biden gets tangled on dog’s leash and judo kicks him in the head
Any dog who bites staff 11 times should be put down. And I am a dog lover, but this behaviour will not be unlearned.
Except for photo ops, I don’t think old Joe spends a minute with “his” dog.
In fact, if you asked him, he’d probably mishear you and say he doesn’t have a frog.
Dogs will bite anyone perceived to be a threat to their master. Perhaps he can smell the disgust on the praetorian guards?
Dogs used to have a one bite pass, after that they were euthanized.
Dogs don’t need to learn to bite.
All dogs bite.
A very interesting and valid question.
Not if they bit me.
Who knew that the genius Peter Sellers would establish the standard for FBI Investigators’ proficiency?
Let’s hope they don’t teach biting at the Ace Obedience School, or Peppermint Patty might start biting people. (She’s currently attending because it was the only private school that was affordable...see GoComics.com).
