Apparently you missed the part about Biden extorting the Ukrainians into firing the prosecutor on his son's Burisma case, all of the Burisma corruption involving Pelosi, Schumer, Romny, Bidens etc. You are fully unaware of Biden's investment in the biowarfare lab he owns in the Ukraine (Metabiota) and that of other (CIA) owned biolabs there. There's no 'real evidence' of fraud and biolabs either (Zelensky ordered destruction of Metabiota documents), except there is, it's just that the MSM parrots 'no real evidence' as do you.

Nothing you linked says anything about appropriations or accounting for what military aid is sent to Ukraine. Most of it is from the Clandestine Substack account, which is a pro-Russia, anti-West account that started two weeks after Russia invaded. Nothing suspicious about that, right?
Did you ever consider that Ukraine was the country most at risk of invasion by Russia (until it was), so no one would put super-secret-ultra-illegal-bioweapon labs there and conveniently leave all the evidence behind?
