Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin pardons Scott Smith, father of a girl raped in unisex bathroom by a 'boy in a skirt' at Stone Bright High School after he was convicted for erupting in fury over cover-up at board meeting

A dad who faced jail for protesting about his daughter's rape by a transgender student at a Virginia high school has been pardoned by Governor Glenn Youngkin.

Scott Smith was given a 10-day suspended sentence for disorderly conduct after he was dragged out of a school board meeting for protesting about the Stone Bright High School student, who went on to attack another girl.

'We righted a wrong,' Youngkin said on Sunday. 'He should've never been prosecuted here. This was a dad standing up for his daughter.'

'His daughter had been sexually assaulted in the bathroom of a school, and no one was doing anything about it.

'This was a gross miscarriage of justice.'

Youngkin's decision comes after strong backlash on the case that included the Loudoun County Superintendent losing his job and the George Soros-backed District Attorney being yanked from the case.

Youngkin said school had 'covered it up' and told Fox that parents must have the final say over their children's education.

'Mr Smith did what any father would do, what any parent would do, which is stand up for their child,' Youngkin told Fox News Sunday.

'I spoke with Mr Smith on Friday, and I had the privilege of telling Mr. Smith that I will pardon him, and we did that on Friday.'

In the May 2021 attack, Smith's daughter was pinned down to the floor and assaulted by the boy inside a restroom stall, with a teacher later testifying that she saw two pairs of feet but did not interfere.

If Youngkin is a TRUE PATRIOT, he will run for the Senate seat of Kaine.

He could do a lot more ...on the National Stage...in the Senate, and then run for President when he proves himself to be WORTHY.

Stop jumping ahead, which NEVER WORKS.

Never forget how once again, the police were so willing to arrest this father and execute an illegal order.

The police are the enemy, folks. Stop thinking that somehow just because a policeman votes for President Trump privately that this same person would not “follow illegal orders” from their democrat party masters.

Actually Youngkin righted two wrongs, first he pardoned a crime that did not exist and secondly since there is no such thing as a transgender he removed that as well.

Youngkin righted two wrongs:
<><>a crime against the father that did not exist
<><>exposing a boy in a skirt labeled “transgender,” serial raping in unisex bathrooms.

Excellent points.

How gullible these air-headed lefties are.

One of the dolts...a “teacher”... saw two pairs of feet in the stall and did nothing.

She needs the strong arm of the law.....not the father.

Most police are loyal to their paychecks, pensions, mortgages, etc.

I think for decades police recruits have been screened for a willingness to follow orders.

Gov Youngkin pardons father of a girl raped in Stone Bright
High School unisex bathroom by a ‘boy in a skirt.’

The father was lied to by the school’s PTB and was strongarmed
by L/E for erupting in fury over the cover-up at a school board meeting.

The number of possible lawsuits emanating from this is astounding.

For starters, the parents of the boy who let him wear a skirt should be charged w/ child abuse.

The sheer brutality visited on the man by overreacting L/E is another.

Ignorant School authorities who sanctioned this could plead
“non compis mentis”........never was that plea more fitting.

From what I learned from US History so far, is that anyone that served or is serving as a US Senator, should be barred from running for President. Members of America’s most elite country club are unfit for higher office and should be forced to retire and stay out of politics once their term-limits are up.
