We have houses costing that much all over the place...and I’d consider us a hick town..

LOL! ... but absolutely true ... asking price for the house across the street from me is a cool 4 mil (they ain’t gonna get that much), and it’s a very nice house and property, but it’s far from a “mansion” ...
