Kinda helped by Lee Van Cleef.
Lot’s of good actor’s in that movie, in roles they were good at. One of my top five movies.
I actually like that version myself. I have it in my music library.
Gene Pitney had a very distinct, powerful, and clean voice. He had a very good song, “The girl belongs to yesterday”...written by his friends Mick Jagger and Keith Richards.

Best line in the movie: The Shinbone election held in the bar:
Mr. Peabody: Give me the usual.
Donovan: The bar is closed.
Mr. Peabody: Alright, just give me a short beer.
Donovan: The bar is CLOSED!
Mr. Peabody: Just a beer! A BEER AIN’T DRINKIN’!
“Gene Pitney had a very distinct, powerful, and clean voice. He had a very good song”
The Rockville Rocket ( CT ) had a lot of very good songs and he wrote some hits for others such as He’s A Rebel and Hello Mary Lou . He was always more popular in Britain and Europe right up until he died . He died in Wales , UK .
You didn’t watch the movie!

Dorothy was a Montanan.
My Mom met her.
Of course I watched the movie. Did you?
