A Stanford University pathology professor said, "Aliens have been on Earth for a long time and are still here," and claims there are experts working on reverse engineering unknown crashed crafts.
Dr. Garry Nolan made the bold statements during last week's SALT iConnections conference in Manhattan during a session called, "The Pentagon, Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Crashed UFOs."
The host, Alex Klokus, said that's tough to believe and asked him to assign a probability to that statement that extraterrestrial life visited Earth.
"100 percent," Nolan responded.
"I think it's an advanced form of intelligence that using some kind of intermediaries," Nolan said. "It's not that they walk among us wearing a skin suit. You're going to put something there that I think of as an intelligence test."
He said it’s like the South American native tribes when they first saw the Spanish ships. They didn’t know what they were seeing but it was out of the ordinary.
They didn't know what they were seeing or who or what was coming, Nolan said.
"They're showing up and saying who amongst you are intelligent enough to realize what it is you're looking at … "Can you see what's in front of you for what it really is? Can you see the anomalous data point?"

What I keep hearing from you is a bias...a closed mind.
Imagine 500,000 years from now… We’ll being flying around the galaxy and colonizing every planet… But wait… they would have already done that millions of years ago… Right?
I always ask for the best evidence. Show me the most convincing artifact you have. If that doesn’t convince me why would I have to hear a string of less-convincing arguments?
A very untrustworthy group.
Closed to what? I’ve looked at everything. Link to your best video or artifact. That would convince me right? You’ve got a million to choose from. Just show me the best one that absolutely no one can deny… I’m waiting.
Nolan has figured out a lot of the stuff for himself—and at this point it sounds like he has been “briefed” as well.
In the old days guys like Nolan were co-opted/bribed/threatened (some combination) by putting them on Majestic 12 or similar organizations—and then they became public debunkers (one example was Carl Sagan).
What is interesting to watch (for me) is whether the Deep State “makes a move” on Nolan to silence him.
I am getting more pessimistic by the day that they will allow any form of serious public “disclosure”. There are just too many skeletons in the human closet.
The point is, at this point, we don't know what we are dealing with.
Some people insist something is here. Some people say the CIA is staging a psyops campaign. Some people suggest everyone is confused.
Whatever people might think, a made-up-mind at this point--for or against--is premature and indicative of a bias.
I have none but I'm sure Columbus never imagined people would be able to fly from Italy to the United states either.
“The Invaders” was a great show—but my favorite “alien” show of all time is the more obscure “Dark Skies” from the 1990s:

Bryce Zabel was one of the creators of the show—and the guy had and has excellent inside sources.
You are correct. If life is ubiquitous in the universe. And Earth is not unique. There would be at least one advanced life form somewhere in our galaxy that is technologically millions of years ahead of us. Where are they? Not just from one planetary system, but from hundreds if not thousands. If we are going to proceed like some people imagine strIght into interstellar travel someone else would have already done it and Earth, being a jewel would have been exploited.
They may have been frightened off by the lawyers.. :(
“South American native tribes when they first saw the Spanish ships. They didn’t know what they were seeing but it was out of the ordinary.
They didn’t know what they were seeing or who or what was coming, Nolan said.”
And that worked out so well for them.”
Your comment is dead on point.
The bad news is that the “Spanish ships” are very real. Unfortunately ignoring them will not make them go away.
“highly skeptical of extraterrestrials arriving just when the internet becomes a thing. . .”
The claim you are attempting to rebut is not that aliens showed up last week but that they have been here for a long time—long before humans were here.
Most of the “believers” also believe that aliens tampered with our genetic code back in the day...
The chances that this current UFO craze is a CIA-generated distraction- 99%. It won’t be the first time they have done a UFO pysop. It’s a highly reliable play for them with zero chance of serious repercussions if caught.
“Just show me the best one that absolutely no one can deny… I’m waiting.”
Humans around the world don’t agree on much of anything.
It is impossible to convince anyone of anything they are determined not to believe.
The notion that some physical artifact will be persuasive is absurd. The debunkers would appear out of the woodwork for any form of “evidence”—and humans are amazingly creative in coming up with explanations that fit within their comfort zone.
At the end of the day Jimi Hendrix asked the correct question:
“Are you experienced?”
“The problem with that comparison is that when the Spaniards developed the ability to build ships and navigate the seas, they were not the only ones, and they didn’t just do it once and then quit.”
They would have quit if they found it wasn’t worth the time and effort.
“Likewise, if an extra terrestrial civilization had that technology long ago, why didn’t they keep coming in waves like the Spaniards - and if one advanced civilization could do it, why not others?”
There may not be others. I suspect the spontaneous origin of life may be much less probable than things like the Drake equation considers. Especially since such an event requires overcoming the problem of entropy which I think is greatly underestimated by both physicists and biologists. That of course leads to theology regarding a creator and his origins.
thnx.
True. Unless he has something in his lab that he is basing his conclusion on.
He has handled some physical evidence, pieces of "craft" apparently, but I don't know the results exactly, other than he thinks it is manufactured and not natural. He does have a personal experience from his youth, when while finishing his paper route, he saw an object fly over very near. Maybe not 100% objective, but I don't think he's pursuing the subject to satisfy a bias. He's using his brilliant mind to apply the scientific method to what evidence is at hand, and probably to help solve a very personal puzzle that motivates him.
Just one.
There are many flaws in the Drake equation but one of them is the definition of “intelligent life”.
All it would take is one intelligent species to develop Von Neumann probes:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-replicating_spacecraft#Von_Neumann_probes
Such probes could be able to manipulate DNA to create “life”, including “intelligent life” and make it appear anywhere in the universe with even semi-Goldilocks (not too cold, not too hot) environments.
If we don’t blow ourselves up first we will be able to do it.
Then if you add the possibility/imho likelihood of “wormhole/portal” travel throughout the universe—even if at micro levels—the spread of these machines/DNA could be ridiculously fast.
You would not believe it—even if you touched it and saw it yourself.
