I was able to go outside and sit for the first time in well over a couple of weeks. Asthma is now in control and God is great with me. I find joy in sharing wind and sun with my outside friend Trumpy cat. He also cherishes God's gift of a beautiful day on the deck.

I am healing well. I hate to admit this, but there is strong evident that the extent of my injury has been psychosomatic. In other words, that yes, there has been swelling and pain. But, I find it odd that it began feeling better within minutes of diagnosis. I did take the pain killer twice, switched to ibuprofen and have stopped that after one round. I still have minor swelling and a bit of pain. It is nothing like last week. It just seemed to be healing awfully fast.

I am very glad that asthma is under control. That can be quite scary and serious.
