Sorry to trouble you, but I firmly believe this "Jesus" person never existed. In the interests of insulting most other religions, I also believe that neither Mohammed nor Buddha nor Krisha nor Zoroaster ever existed.

I have trouble communicating with devoutly religious people because I see their worldviews as bathed in myth and folktale left over from the Bronze Age. Their belief in an afterlife comes from hallucinations generated by a brain dying from lack of oxygen.

I can come to terms with the Clockmaker God of Deism but not much else.

I always capitalize the GOD and all of His names on Free Republic. It is a way to reverence Him.

I know that the general translation is that upper case = screaming lol, but sometimes it doesn’t. I learned that the hard way once.

Sometimes people use upper case just to emphasize something. I think this might be the case with stars and stripes....just guessing because I don’t know her.

In fairness to you, though, I automatically read everything in upper case as screaming as well lol. OTOH, I could be wrong and maybe she was screaming at you! I just don’t think that’s the case, upper OR lower lol.
