BREAKING: Donald Trump takes somewhat of a victory lap at the New York courthouse, says the judge was “fair.”
He added that the judge agreed that the statute of limitations is in effect meaning transactions that closed before 2014 should be out of the case, therefore “80% of the case will be dropped.”
“I think that was very good. That last five minutes was outstanding because the judge essentially conceded that the statute of limitations is in effect, therefore about 80% of the cases over.”

When we had our (three) new washer(s) delivered, a few weeks ago (don’t ask)....we were repeatedly told that we would receive a call, the night before....giving us a 3 hour window.....AND....a call 30 mins prior, to arrival.
Nope.
Never happened....with any of the washers.....only got a call when they were 10-15 mins away. One delivery only called when they were in front of the house.
