Well, I’ve always heard that a rino is worse than a dem, so that’s a conundrum. I just think that after all the yammering that went on about getting the Motion to Vacate deal back when, what was the point if it’s not useable? Perhaps it needs to be done to let the next guy know.

I watched Gaetz's speech and the mtv is still on the table but later this week.
He wants time to figure out if McCarthy did cut a backroom deal with ByeDone on the Ukraine funding.
The majority of the Majority Party voted against funding Ukraine.

Well, then Gaetz et al should have just quietly gone along, knowing they’re defeated before they start. I guess I can see why nobody bothers to fight....there’s no win, so why bother.

That’s not exactly the way it works Judy.
I do not know the excuses from all the reps, especially McCarthy, as to why they waited until such a late date to actually pass 12 appropriations bills. That needs to be answered.
Then, why did 21 Rs vote against McCarthy 1st CR that was much more restricted? Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water.
