MTG was standing at the end of a line that was shaking hands with the President.
When he put out his hand to her she indicated she wanted a hug, he leaned over and gave her a kiss on her cheek.

It’s a Mexican staple.
I will refrain from telling the joke about why they are called “refried beans.”
