Hi CB....apple. Apples are the last of them - fortunately we have lots of apples this year so they’re coming right off the tree and into the pie!
I’m down to my last 4 pies. I just hope they all survive having been frozen for a few weeks.

lol, yes. I saw a video of things cats shouldn’t eat, and those kind of fruits and vegetables were on the list. But what I got from it is it was the seeds.

All very good points and well stated Judy.
My childhood home was extremely dysfunctional, my mother was a narcissist and my sisters were her flying monkeys. And I was the victim. Well, one of many. But I know what you say is true. The Train won’t stay together with a foundation of sifting sand.
And to Segway this topic into current events, I actually think my not so pleasant experiences has helped prepare me for the way things are in this country. I’m able to recognize the lies and the manipulations of the left, it’s not really so different from a dysfunctional family trying to control the healthier members.
And the left can’t stand that we’re happy and self-sufficient. Facing reality for what it is, good or not, it’s so much better than the constant drama used to cover up the dysfunction.
Cats shouldn’t have cantaloupe and watermelon? I never heard that one. I would love a picture of proby’s red lips the next time he gets watermelon.
Cadbury is a little eating machine, he will try almost anything. But you know what he won’t eat? Anything that has his medicine in it. I’ve tried disguising it and he’s just not having it. I’ll try to dissolve some in water and put it in a syringe but I know neither of us will be happy with that.

I did not expect to meet so many extraordinary people in ordinary places who traveled all the way to Washington DC on January 6th, some of whom had never seen the capitol in their lives. You probably don’t know their names or their faces and that’s by design. I learned so many things I did not expect and I was reminded why I still fight to go beyond the headlines and false narratives and find the truth that lies in the rest of the story...the parts you weren’t told.

Millions of Americans recognize that if any journalist is doing work important enough to suppress, they will be dismissed as crazy & attacked time and again.
They want to murder you without killing you and they won’t stop until there’s nothing left.
Our series on January 6th, that will air on “The Rest of the Story with Lara Logan” is already being targeted and the first episode is not even out - it is still being finalized as I write and should drop weekly on Thursdays on this platform. I have no doubt there are worse attacks already being planned because these people have unlimited resources and the truth is not on their side.
They fear the stories we tell in this series, of ordinary Americans who have endured incredible pain. They don’t want you to see them standing tall, unbowed and unbroken in spite of the threats and intimidation, loss of liberty and of life. They don’t want you to know.
I am where I belong in this series -a vehicle for something much bigger than myself and anyone who knows me understands that this is what I was born to do. It may not be perfect as the deck is stacked against us in almost every way, but it will be honest and we know in our hearts this is all people ask of us.
Be honest. Do your best. Give it to God.
