I think that depends on your degree and the college. I know the degree I got helped me male a lot more money. And I certainly wouldn’t want a medical doctor without a degree!
I’ve been saying for years that financial assistance should only be available for fields that require education and to people that qualify only by passing stringent tests.
If people want to major in queer studies, etc., if they have the money to pay for it, fine.

I'm convinced that game animals (and especially those **** geese) know more about hunting dates and regulations than some of the people attempting to hunt them.
When we lived in Colorado, there was a nuke manufacturing plant NW of Denver which included a few square miles of VERY tightly secured acreage.
Said acreage was also home to the finest herds of elk and deer I've ever seen...except every animal involved in those herds would appear there the very first day of the season and promptly disappear the day after it closed. (Used to see newspaper pictures of frustrated hunters parked along roads a few yards from mobs of trophy bucks grazing under Federal protection...)
Same way those geese will only be seen during THEIR season on golf courses or deep within wildlife refuges.
Only way a hunter is successful is if a game animal is confused or dumb. Tell the boys they just need to keep working at it and I wish 'em good luck.
