Food marketing has always been somewhat of a scam. What’s in the Ad does not look like what’s delivered.

When do MacDonalds and all the rest of the fast-food giants get nicked? In ads, the Big Mac looks like two sides of beef stuffed between three tiny slices of bread.

People are so petty these days.
Everyone knows advertisements aren't going to show the actual final products.
It's just plain common sense.
It's everywhere! It's not just a single fast food or restaurant chain.
About the only time you will ever see a photo of a non-staged product item is when a mom-and-pop restaurant actually uses photos in their menu, and it's actually rather comical sometimes, because it's so uncommon to see real food photos.

Right, and every man is going to look like a model when he buys a shirt and tie or woman the same if she buys this dress. Also every judge is going to be Solomonic when he puts on a robe.

Don’t run over your food before you try to eat it next time, it’s a drive though, not a drive over.

Food marketing has always been somewhat of a scam. What’s in the Ad does not look like what’s delivered. If it is that far off they should not allow it, it's false advertising. I saw a Fish sandwich at McDonald's the other day, it was the size of a pickle, total scam advertising.

I add extra ketchup when I buy the stuff

The one on the right looks like the cook squashed it with his spatula. Not that I’d eat either, unless I was working and had nothing else to eat and only a few minutes to grab something.
