Joe Biden is an establishment President. Democrats and the RINO Party apparently, would rather see Biden re-elected than a popular MAGA candidate. I think Bill Barr for sure, would rather see Biden, Harris, etc., re-elected, rather than another Trump term.
Suppose the corrupt establishment puppet President Biden, is successful in impeding the MAGA candidate by incarceration, endless lawfare fake charges, or somehow legally disqualifying the MAGA candidate from running in 2024. This election interference, which would never be possible without the mainstream propaganda media, is absolutely uncountered by the unwilling and enfeebled Republican RINOcrat party. Suppose there is no MAGA candidate:

Has there been a single legal filing with the U.S. Supreme Court in any of these cases?
For now, the Democrat/Communist Party leaders, through their persistent persecution of the man, expect that they will provide an arguabley valid reason for states -- particularly RINO-invested, Trump-hating red states -- to remove Trump's name from their ballot, knowing that it's a formidible -- if not impossible -- challenge for a write-in candidate to win. And the Democrat/Communist Party leaders will be ready with the argument they are certain to mount that those red and blue states didn't just remove Trump's name from the ballot, they disqualified him from running in their state and will not award him their electoral votes even if he wins as a write-in. This is the Democrat/Communist Party's "elimination strategy" ... for now.
If this doesn't work, I fear the Democrat/Communist Party leadership may very well attempt other ways to "eliminate" Trump.
I would not put anything past this America-/American-hating Party to prevent the American people from re-electing Trump.
It’s pretty simple:
1. can back trump when he wins the primary
2. The Republican Party Can face an Independent run by Trump.
In that second scenario:
1. Trump may lose, but maybe not.
2. Republicans will absolutely lose.
I realize the National Republican Party welcomes losses
and is comfortable losing, so maybe they won’t care.
I am voting for Trump to save the country
and not another RINO to rearrange the deck chairs
as America sinks.

If I have to write his name on a ballot, so be it.
The focus need to be the evil corrupt demons who've hijacked government.
It's the U.S. government that needs to be disqualified, not Trump. And a large percentage of it needs to be eliminated. It's choking the people off.
America has been mismanaged for decades. Professional lawyer politicians now have us 32 trillion in debt, high inflation, interest rates, high gas prices, as we continue to give trillions in our tax dollars to foreign countries, Ukraine, foreign aid, our borders are a violent free for all. Look at our declining cities with sky high crime!
Washington D.C. is a total complete failure, all while the lawyer politicians in D.C. get rich, and the tax payers poorer.
Ask the founders what they would have done.
If Trump is jailed or prevented from being on the ticket I WILL be writing in his name on BOTH the primary and general. I will also support NO gop establishment types that failed to fight with every tool available to defend Trump and defend this country against enemies foreign AND DOMESTIC.
I believe that the establishment pubs will do nothing.

Under Clinton the duties of federal applicant background checks was outsourced to a shell corporation known as United States Investigative Services. Prior to that the federal government processed the background checks of applicants under the oversight of OBM, office and budget management.
Eventually a whistleblower came forward to expose a scheme within usis to not only commit fraudulent fabricated background checks, but in the commission of doing so also defrauded taxpayers to the tune of nearly 7 billion dollars.
This led to nearly 700,000 improperly vetted federal applicants receiving security clearance checks to the nation’s most secure intelligence oversight positions.
The whistle blowers name is Blake Percival. However a web search will produce very little information regarding this because any mention on the internet has been nearly scrubbed.
So if there is any question regarding how the enemy secured such vital positions within our government, one look no further than U.S.I.S. which was successfully used to infiltrate and take over every branch, every level, and every agency of the U.S. government.

Mark Levin and Charlie Kirk, especially Kirk, have talked openly on their shows how the GOP is largely just acting like everything is business as usual instead of waking up and acknowledging what most of us out here see as obvious....that the country is metaphorically burning down before us.

I find it interesting that Trump and his supporters do nothing but dump on the members of the Republican Party, insult them, and tell them they are “not needed.”
Yet, he runs on their ticket, wants their money, wants their infrastructure, and now you want their support in dealing with Trump’s legal matters.
Don’t you see how dysfunctional that is?
Either he is a Republican and a member of the party or he is a complete outsider and he should run as a 3rd party. You cannot have it both ways.
Since most districts are using ballot machines there is no way to write in candidate names anymore.
I would postulate that other events are going to unfold in coming weeks and months that will precipitate my long held prediction of the military stepping in. I am not alone in this line thought. Most people with connections to Trump and other high levels expect an intervention at some point.
The deep state is getting more desperate by the day. This terrible attack on Maui with the fires and also the cyber attack on our space force surveillance center there cannot be allowed to continue to other places because there’s too much loss of life. Some would argue its happening in Greece right now. IDK.
There’s a lot of speculation that the Biden cabal may couple something like an attempt at forced vaccination with ceding of sovereignty to the WEF that would be so egregious to the average American that they would welcome a military intervention. They are definitely going to do something crazy but Trump’s not going to prison. He’s being protected. They will never allow that.
I could see a scenario where he gets disqualified from the election and maybe even set it up himself to really get the public upset. It won’t matter because nobody outside the group think circle of the MSM really thinks there’s going to be a 2024 election anyway.
One thing is certain its going to get really kray kray before this is over. I think worse than I ever thought it was going to be.
The Supreme Court doesn’t “reach out” to correct wrongs. They “react”. That is their role.
And they almost never get involved in court cases unless there is a venue issue or the case has been adjudicated. And that isn’t going to be for a long while.
The issue with your solution is that people would need a “place to go.”
When those words were written, it was us against a nation across an ocean. In the Civil War the lines were clear—and mostly along geographic borders.
