Checked out the link and saw this about the author. Nice looking but the bio is nausea inducing.

About the Author
Kirstin Harrington
When she's not busy playing with her several guinea pigs or her cat Finlay, Kirstin is writing articles to help other pet owners. She's also a REALTOR® in the Twin Cities and is passionate about social justice. There's nothing that beats a rainy day with a warm cup of tea and Frank Sinatra on vinyl for this millennial.

I wanted to make fun of her and call her ridiculously pretentious with that Sinatra on vinyl thing but certain sounds, among them the baritone voice or natural room ambience or mid-heavy guitar sounds sound AMAZINGLY rich on vinyl. I’ve gotten used to digital and it’s generally superior but vinyl has its points and Sinatra would be one of them.

Realtor passionate about social justice. Riiiiiiight. So she shows McManshions in swanky neighborhoods to people unable to get a mortgage? She finances them herself, at what interest rate?

That’s an AI-enhanced photo.

The angle of her right wrist is mangled.

I saw pictures online and she’s a little heavier in real life with a chest tattoo.
