Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin was killed Wednesday after a plane he was aboard crashed northwest of Moscow, according to Russian authorities. Prigozhin led a short-lived mutiny attempt against the Kremlin in June. Photo: Russian Investigative Committee Handout/Shutterstock…

If it ain’t boing..

Well, he was stupid. Die for Putin. I guess he’s a Russian.
Then why is Putin still above room temperature?
I see the post-assassination communist slander is already starting.
Maybe he also spit on a statue of Stalin or stole state funds for orphanages.
Russia (Putin command) dropped the dime to the Ukes he was on that flight and they did the dirty work. Plausible.
Sure...
If you screamed your head off...
Are they going to stop at jailing him? These are evil people. They killed millions with the virus and vaccine. Do you really think our government is beyond anything?
He was on a connecting flight from the south, on his OWN plane, or one of them.
He had two that were flying the same path. The other turned back.
Your post is completely absurd.
Russia has opened a criminal investigation. And they know how to do those things.
Dag Hammarskjöld, Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq, Ron Brown...
There’s a history of assassination by plane crash.
Do you really think our government is beyond anything?
Couple of great books by a former Mosad agent taught me a lot.
Victor Ostrovsky.
Also recall half a million Iraqui infants dying was worth it.
Then look at our current banana republic destroying Trump and every conservative they can in his shadow.
Some people I know here in Michigan are being seriously
attacked.
This government makes evil into a useless word.
How would Ukraine shoot down a plane flying between Moscow and St. Petersburg?
If so, Russia would need to surrender because it’s completely lost control of its airspace.
It’s apparent to me Putin lied about making peace with this guy and killed him.
I’m not certain of anything.
Everything is 3 or 4-d Chess. Brains from beyond the dimensions...
Wheels in wheels, springs, pistons, etc.
“At least the Russians know how to take out the trash. “
No worse than any of them, I suppose.
I would expect this from Putin, but this will come at a cost.
The morale of Russia’s military is extremely poor, and this general was well-loved (and well-hated). I took a look at a couple of Russian military-related websites and the comments are pretty vicious in all directions.
There are a ton of Prigozhin troops who are exceptionally pissed, presumably well-armed, and inside Russia.
This makes Prigozhim a martyr of sorts. Or at least a rallying cry for revolution.
I would be surprised if there are not major internal reprisals/terrorist attacks from Russia on Russia as a result of this, if not open rebellion.
Probably flew too close to one of Putin’s various villas around Moscow.
Nothing is absurd about it. Intelligence goes beyond your petty observation.
Or how about Larry McDonald? a tireless anti-communist and US representative. One of the few that got a 100% rating by US conservative groups year after year.
I remember when that happened— just awful, the Soviet bastards actually gave the pilot a medal for shooting down a Koan passenger liner full of men, women and Children.
Actually it was the only time in her cod war I remember saying “let the missiles fly”, hell with the consequences…. I realize now that was fury caused by youth.
Still it was BAD.

I agree. I wish I had saved the article yesterday about it. We all knew Prigozian was going to fall from a high place soon. I figured a window, not a plane.
Not an observation but well known fact.
No one had to tip anyone.
They had already flown from southern Russia on the same private jets.
Known to all of Russia to be Wagner jets.
Americans believe western press and know nothing.
How could someone have tipped anyone when they were Wagner jets?
Duh.
People here just post about Russia like they have been there or read their news.
And look stupid doing so.
Here’s your sign.
Prigozhin was not a “good guy”, although:
1) He truly recognized the value of his troops, treated them fairly well, tried to get them adequate supplies and weapons, and seems to have earned their loyalty. Discipline appears to have been strict, but mostly fair.
2) In his sometimes drunk, sometimes blustery way, he was sometimes honest.
It will be interesting to see if Wagner holds together. If it does, Pooty could have a serious problem in the long run.
THAT is the big question. IF indeed he really was on that plane.
