Sounds like Williamsburg Va...a sleepy little town, the old capital...bought up anonymously by Rockefeller in the depression years...until he got caught. He bought the entire Town. It rakes in millions every year...

That may well very be, but if you’ve been there, spent any time there, you’d would come to love place. It’s absolutely beautiful and it’s one of the best communities to live in in America. The place is immaculate, clean, pretty much crime free, just a beautiful community altogether, a beautiful place to live and to visit.
