I personally wouldn't mess with Sidney. I use to watch the white house live cam for hours day after day. Black SUVs were coming there for nights on end. Lights on in the Eisenhower building...black clothes (looked like young) men with back packs walking the grounds for hours. Thinking at that time military trails were possibly going on. I think its possible because its not on US land. Also when drones were massive around the white house grounds too.
