The way this article is written it seems like the OLD fox studio was in an old barn that Fox removed eveything from (making a mess) and Tucker just rebuilt it which is in Maine.
That second link I gave you, that guy says Tuckers house is now on an Island off of Florida. He bought it after leaving his second house in DC because of his wife being harrassed in the middle of the night and he wasn’t there. I don’t think there would be a lake on an Island.

I only really looked into his new studio because of that lovely water I could see out of the window lol. Apparently it is on Route 26 outside Woodstock, Maine, and is the property where the Franklin Grange Hall is located - or behind it. I read several articles. I checked on Google and I couldn’t see any bodies of water or rivers running near that property, so you are probably right - it’s a fake river outside his window lol.

There are a couple of us who essentially do meal prep for just ourself. . I find small crockpots a nice way to go. Get 3/4 meals. I usually have two n freeze rest in 2 containers n lable them. Yesterday did a chili modification.
Can of Margaret Holmes seasoned peppers and peas, can mild Rotel, handful dry brown rice, water,1 C soy crumbles, butter, dehydrated onions n garlic herbs: turmeric, thyme oregano, celantro. Let it cook on high til rice soft. Served in bowl n put shredded Colby Jack cheese ato. It was very good.
Tomorrow I’ll do a mac n cheese variation in crock, might use gnocchi or tortollini. Will put in uncooked pasta in with Half n half, variety cheeses n spices as spirit moves me that day. Have on hand lots of potential add ins- artichoke hearts,banana peppers, various olives but plain is good
I think cooking is fun but having someone else to appreciate it, is better

Thanks gran. I just finished watching Tuckers latest, interview with RFK JR. Covered many topics, Russia and Ukraine, CIA, Fauci and bioweapons, the border crisis and inflation. He dealt only with documented facts and named names. Very good interview!

Jemian, a few years ago I was waking up with a headache every morning, every day. It felt like my head was in a vise grip being squeezed. Finally my doctor prescribed me an older medication that used to be used for blood pressure but they found it took care of migraine headaches (which I didn’t think I had migraines) It is a Beta Blocker called “Propranolol” After a fairly short time I no longer had those horrible headaches. But!
“People taking propranolol should also avoid nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen. These drugs may reduce the effects of propranolol. If a person needs to take NSAIDs, they should work directly with a doctor.”
I was on them for 4-5 years and NO headaches. About a year ago after doing a sleep study test it was found that my Oxygen levels were going down into the 80’s at night time. So I was put on an Oxygen Concentrator at night. Eventually I was put on a C-Pap Machine. I NO LONGER take Propranolol or use the Oxygen Concentrator at night. I just use the C-Pap machine and I haven’t had those headaches since going off the med. and Oxygen. The C-Pap is doing the job.
Oh! If it is a Sinuse headache Chinese Mustard or Horse Radish does open them up because a small bit opens those sinuses right up. I don’t find them to be burny hot like chilies. Just a WOW! up your nose.
