Puts me in a happy place!!😊
*wink*
He really WAS!
Guess rusty missed my post!
*evil grin*
I found an unnamed recipe that I must have hurriedly scribbled a while back. Is this Ambrosia, maybe?
1 can of pineapple drained
1 pkg pistachio pie filling
1 pkg mini marshmallows
1 pkg chopped pistachios
1/2 cup cool whip
1/2 cup coconut
1 jar of maraschino cherries drained
Combine all ingredients
It stops there-so you chill it after?
How long?
Is there enough liquid for the pie filling to “set up?”
I’ve never made this, put it sounds divine!
Can you ladies coach me, please??
Thanks in advance!
I had no idea you were a ninja.
So we can call on you to fight our battles against the evil trolls that frequent the FR forum?
This is ALL just horrible, Starlit.
So much misery, pain and suffering caused by this evil clot shot and the greedy hospitals that went along with protocols that they had to know were killing people.
I think you’re very well justified in your anger.
I hope we live long enough to see justice applied to Big Pharma, the medical industry that pushed this killer drug on people and especially Anthony Fraudci who perpetrated the China virus with his gain of function and pushed the shots.
Funny pax! I can beat that one though.
When my youngest daughter was about 7-8 yrs old she got me a Mothers day card that read;
YOU’VE BEEN LIKE A MOTHER TO ME. :-)
She just insisted she was adopted. One day I secretly audio taped her singing in a real sad voice “I know I was adopted and my real name isn’t Lori. I know it is Sharon or Barbara, or something like that. I wonder who my real mother could be? etc”
I still have that tape and Mothers day card. At her 50th birthday party I played the tape and everybody got a real laugh out of that.
“All the wood you see stacked will be milled”
nice! Usually when trees go down here, it’s the old and weak ones, usually rotted a bit somewhere in them. Not good for much besides burning. That’s pretty neat you got such nice trees down.
What are you going to do with the milled wood? I guess you have endless possibilities. I love things made out of real wood. Even some pretty expensive cabinets from Lowe’s were made out of MDF unless you get an expensive upgrade to wood.
lol, I don’t know how you find such things! And so fast. It’s a gift!
😈
Those ingredients are very close to my Watergate Salad recipe, but I’ve never added cherries to mine.
Also, I use pistachio pudding mix, but it’s probably pudding and pie filling mix.
I’ve never put pistachios in mine because I use pecans but it probably doesn’t matter as long as it’s a little nutty. :-D
I think sometimes cherries are used as a garnish.
I may have a different take of forgiveness. I think we should always be ready and eager to forgive someone, but unless the person has deceased or for some reason cannot communicate, I always thought the forgiveness was freely given once an apology, remorse, etc. was offered.
Our Father in Heaven is faithful and just to forgive us when we bring our sin to Him, confess it, and ask for forgiveness - isn’t that how we’re supposed to do it as well? We are to forgive others, as our Father in Heaven forgives us.
I don’t think a one-sided forgiveness (in most circumstances) is actually reasonable. It does not give the opportunity for the offender to go through what they need to go through - some humility and remorse. I think most of us can agree that if someone comes to us with true sorrow for what they have done, and asks forgiveness, we are eager and happy to jump at the chance!
A spirit of forgiveness and a willingness is always to be present though. A little humility goes a long, long way, and it’s good for both parties to do their part, the offender and the offended.
Ha!
If you only knew how much useless information I have stored in my brain…
:-)
exactly!
that makes sense, especially the part about if we want God to forgive us we have to ask for it.
Lol!!
I had to look up what ambrosia is, Southern Living magazine says it’s a combination of some typical ingredients but you can make it any way you like. Usually it has whipped cream or something like that in it. Sometimes it’ll have mayonnaise or sour cream. Yuck! I’ll go with the sweet stuff. I didn’t know there was such a thing as pistachio pudding, I’ll have to go get some, sounds yummy.
Call on me anytime.
But let’s keep my ninja status just between us.
;-)
