Embarcadero Center is a commercial complex of five office towers, two hotels, a shopping center with more than 125 stores but only two remain open on three levels located in San Francisco, California.

Amazed that there are fresh flowers everywhere, in a dead mall.
I know, some will say that this was filmed in the early morning, but there is a Hop On/Off bus filled with people, which would not happen in the early morning.
Competing with N.Kor?
Nope
Totally a true video
I am there couple times a month to use Embarcadero #1 for parking.
Levels 1&2 are empty...
Liberalism & insane Liberals including the Uniparty are destroying once beautiful American cities. Are the American people going to let this murder of our country continue? Greasy Newscum & the CA Assembly destroyed San Francisco & has almost finished off the entire State of California! They’re guilty of murdering CA!
People in N. Korea are spiritually healthier than in SF.
“People in N. Korea are spiritually healthier than in SF.”
That is a good way of putting it.
Back in the day when I went on business trips to SFO, the whole neighborhood around Embarcadero Center was lively, bustling, clean and safe. Roughly 30 years ago.
The same guy who did this video did another about store closings on Market Street: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5UWIyGDnHmk
The voters want this to happen, so, yes it will continue.
Safe Act starting in Illinois.
It’s Gonna look just like SAN FRANCISCO
“Another way to put it, the Norks are just atheists or worshippers of a family dictatorship. SFO worships Satan.”
I wonder how many Norks have been exposed to Christ, versus how many SFO have rejected him.
My guess is the owner is still paying for its mortgage and upkeep and public appearance, perhaps trying to work out some plan with their bankers.
Wait until they mail them the keys and say “its yours now.” It will become Zombie-land.
Last week, I was visiting my kid in L.A. and visited Muscle Beach. The sheriff there cleaned up the homeless completely and the place looked pretty spiffy. Of course, once he had done that, the locals voted him out of office. Go figure.
I would think that would be unsustainable to the city coffers.

I don’t remember a mall like that when I visited a few years ago. I remember a building that had piers off of it. There were many vendors, but I don’t remember the set up shown here. Are there 2 Embarcaderos?
I loathe malls. Just watching the video makes my hair hurt.
“I am there couple times a month to use Embarcadero #1 for parking.”
What’s your take on the whole SF situation? I’m appalled that the SF citizens have let this happen.
My only explanation is that cities don’t know how rid themselves of masses living on the streets.
The Embarcadero mall is beautiful, and the public areas are being maintained even though there are few businesses remaining in it. Wonder who’s paying for that.
For those of us who live in this area, and have visited the Embarcadero years ago, this is devastating. It’s as though some kind of bomb went off, the sort of explosion that removes most the people, but leaves the infrastructure intact. Even those greedy pigeons (aka Flying Rats) have stopped coming here.
One of the few occupations that remains steadily employed appears to be the landscapers. Those interior Date Palms, Rubber Trees and Pothos vines look healthy and recently watered.
Yes, it’s a sad bitter irony that people residing in a Marxist nation are spiritually healthier than in a city in the United States Of America.
