Yes. He never went inside thus is a clear case of freedom of speech. BUT, once corrupted there is no going back. It will have to go too the supreme court. Though the timing is about right to get a fake conviction and keep him off the ballots.
Which seems to be their plan from the start. I'm not sure if the supreme court will act fast enough or not. Though it is a clear case of freedom of speech.
