The short answer is no for enlisted troops. Officers can resign their commission but not necessarily their service obligation.
In Iraq during 2004, some convoys I was with would stop for a break, with male soldiers relieving themselves downwind, and female soldiers squatting a short distance away in the desert (no trees or hills to go behind). Soldiers took turns with guard duty during the stop.

Now that units are mixed the males and females will be naked together at times, for example outside shower trucks that don’t have anything except shower heads sticking out the sides to the outdoors.
Crossing water naked and putting your clothes on after crossing and just ordinary walking around naked, both indoors and out.

But, I DO understand your point and you’re welcome to it. I would NOT recommend today’s military for either young men or young women.
