Bud Light critics are flocking to slam the beleaguered beer brand with abuse as it resumes regular posting following a hiatus amid the Dylan Mulvaney fallout.
The beer label has been struggling since its April partnership with the 26-year-old transgender influencer sparked a decline in sales, costing its parent company Anheuser-Busch around $22 billion in market cap to date.
Bud Light's social media teams retreated into the shadows in mid-April following the backlash and the beer giant disavowed the disastrous campaign.
More than two months later - from June 22 - the brand cautiously resumed posting notably more politically neutral and often faceless adverts on its social media accounts.
Its posts include pictures of Bud Light cans in cooler boxes glistening with water droplets and a photograph of a man's arm carrying a Bud Light bottle with part of his body visible in front of a bright blue sky.
This week, it shared a photograph of two women in shorts and sandals heading to the beach while carrying a 24-can crate of Bud Light on Twitter alongside the caption 'Summer Sunday made easy'.
Critics of the brand were quick to slam the ad, noting how the face of the foremost woman in the advert is obscured by the camera angle, while her outstretched arm hides the identity of her friend.
'I’d rather drink urine,' decried one person, while another said: 'Nice try'.
Speaking about the actors, one person said: 'Completely understandable that they'd hide their faces from the shame of it all.'
Another shared the same sentiment followed by three American flag emojis, adding: 'Once again, no faces…. This should tell you something! And still Nope!!!'

A friend and I had to paint a kitchen once in Coronado California, the lady kept a refrigerator with a full-size keg and a tap in her kitchen, she also liked fixing us cheeseburgers, anyway, between the beer, cheeseburgers, her daughters, and the Navy SEALs in the crowded kitchen, and her insistence on taking us to Happy Hours every day, we finished that small kitchen in less than 2 months.
The keg had to be replaced occasionally.

She and they were really part of our Coronado social group, we weren’t actually painting contractors but she did give us the work.

When I drink beer (not much of a drinker at all), if I’m going to have one, at max two I’ll take a triple X stout over any other.
It’s like drinking a loaf of bread.
