It's ridiculous. The slacker has no clue. Now dad is screaming at hit while whiping the mower all around. We are doomed....
Sadly, that is right.
16 and he doesn’t know how to cut grass??? I was doing that in 6th grade.
Exactly, how do they expect to start a revolution if they can’t even start a lawnmower?!
16? I was doing it at 10
Grew up on a 5-acre yard. Had to keep it mowed until I was old enough to get a summer job for pay, and handed the chore down to my younger brother.
“I mowed 4 lawns and had a paper route at 12. Beer and cigarettes weren’t cheep.”
Two lawns and a paper route for me when I was 12. Back in those days every 12-year old boy mowed a lawn or two. And these were manual push mowers; no one had a gas mower. And we edged with those rolling spike edgers; weedwackers were still many years away. Leaf Blowers? No such thing back in those days: We used rakes and brooms and shovels.
Thanks. I survived and graduated college, served for 26 years in the AF. and am now retired.
I recovered. But it busted my early dreams.
For what it’s worth, at least there’s a dad in the picture; I live across the street from a melanin abundant, single parent (baby momma) family of I think four, complete trainwreck.
He should have tried earlier ..like 16 years earlier.
It’s a electric battery mower
Even worse ..
I’m not making this up.
Looks like they both gave up and went Inside.
I made more money than I knew what to with in my early teens mowing yards in the early 80s. I mainly used the lawnmowers of the homes I was mowing to boot. Single mothers were a pushover, and once the houses with fathers saw me mowing, they were just too tempted by having me mow instead of themselves. In the summer, I was turning away business there was so much.
When I was a kid we discovered a graveyard of dead lawnmowers in the woods behind a golf driving range down the street.
By 13 I was a small engine master mechanic...
Miss those days...around 1980.
Bill Gates to the rescue. A smart mower that’s operated by the a joint venture with iphone.
Your hands weren’t tied? How were you supposed to learn?
Well, I appreciate your service, sir, from a military family. o7
God bless.
DUDE THIS NEEDS VIDEO!
My old man had me and my brother mowing a large lawn area using a old push mower in 1968, we did that taking turns for on whole summer, the next summer we had a pool, but a front lawn to mow
Plus the cost of the fake ID!
