She does have a cat (that fights with my cat) but cats and dogs can coexist. I know. Had a wonderful Keeshond and two cats for 12 years. Got along just fine.
Seriously we take a boatload of supplements and eat a very healthy diet. We try to limit fried food to once a month and never drink soda pop. We make most meals from scratch and we look and feel very good. The burgers and fries last night were another once a month meal. Our idea of dessert is a chocolate dipped protein bar. 😏
