Probably. But she obviously isn't top-tier. She's executive high-middle management. Otherwise she would have been killed six times over. (once before the Epstein scandal came to public knowledge, once when he and she were both named, once when she was on the run, once when she was located in NY/MA, once when she was locked up in Manhattan, and once when she was in Fed custody in Florida).
If she was in the top three tiers, we would have never heard of her. She didn't compete with the witches, she competed in the mens circles.

Bagster and I used to go back and forth on this. Ridicule vs. respect. Derps vs. Cabal. We agreed to respect the enemy, and ridicule them at the same time. Bags was in charge of ridicule. Hah.

I remember the drops about Hollywood sex abuse and the Epstein Island operation. But there are many more I’m sure.
