used to be busier...these two (or their relatives) returned every year ( along with a bunch of ducks and ultimately their ducklings)... Along with anything that liked grubs... Haven't seen either them of the ducks in a while

If this is the area where you live what a lovely area to see beautiful nature.
My youngest daughter lives where the irrigation canal was right behind her and she was able to watch the ducks and their babies etc float by. Then they came along and put in a BIG tube for the water to go through and covered it over with dirt so no more watching the ducks.
