He took a shower and was quite tired and somewhat hurting but has some pain meds so doing good so far.
Evidently they want him to come back in about a week to take out stitches. I asked my daughter can’t they have a doctor do that here instead of having to drive 4 hours back. They said the doctor will want to see how everyting is looking.

Actually it could very well happen. Even according to people that thought the dollar was strong enough to last a longer time. The juveniles in the WH don’t comprehend that.I

I agree it would be the ideal thing to have before traveling. They were doing lots of conference calls during COVID. Could you call and request it. It wouldn't hurt to just give it a try. All they can say is no sorry. It would make you feel you went the extra mile.
I worked with someone who had trouble with her pancreas and found a blog site to talk to others with her problem. It ended up she figured out a diet to help make her much better. Started advising doctors it had a lot to do with diet. I really admired her for not giving up and researching. They gave her a week to live. And she proved them wrong.
