It sure inspired me, I spent 2 days fish'n and got noth'n, makes me realize I have skewed priorities. When I help out with the homeless it stretches me when I do things that most people feel uncomfortable with, but when you get to know some of them it is certainly a blessing. Though I certainly do meet a lot of nice people fishing too.

Back in the day when we all thought Rosie O’Donald was funny and she had her own TV show, I’ll never forget her going off on squirrels.

She thought they were such cute little critters and fed them.

Then she put in a garden and the war was on.

Then she noticed how they stole and gobbled up all the bird feed Rosie put out.

Not sure if Rosie won the war but she finally stopped tlking about them.

The person who brought in the squirrels needs to be hunted down, staked out and have a hundred squirrels swarm all over him.

RE: the French Horn

My husband always wanted to play the French horn, so one year, he bought a beautiful instrument and made arrangements to take lessons from a retired band teacher.

The teacher would come to my husband’s office for his lessons. He wouldn’t let him play the French horn until he could blow the mouthpiece correctly.

My husband dutifully practiced. Later he learned people in the neighboring offices had begun to look around for the source of a strange “moose-like” noise. He finally graduated to the instrument, but accidently dropped it, and that was that.
