In 2017, I could freely post whatever I wanted on any form of social media I wanted to. I could publicly evangelize. I didn’t have to worry about someone injecting my son with a horrible disease. My son didn’t have to wear masks to go to school. No-one lost years of schooling from school closures. I didn’t have to worry about vaccinate or lose my job. I never imagined it would be a crime to attend church.

The best recruits will be a mix of eager newbies, seasoned experts, and scarred up street fighters, all with a record that shows they have fought hard battles for the sake of others or for the cause. Most of all, cowards and careerists will have to be screened out of any key roles.

When did that change? It isn't in my neck of the woods. And I live in a state that was subject to some of the most ridiculous, totalitarian measures during the COVID fiasco. They were routinely ignored by people who knew what "freedom" is.

WTF good is freedom of speech, if you can only talk freely in some dank cave in the middle of the remote wilderness where no-one would ever hear you, which is what you’re proposing “freedom” would mean, or if preach to the devoted choir? When the left winguts call President Trump an “extremist”, what do they mean?
