Perp was dead before he hit the floor, I believe. The cop doesn’t seem happy about what it meant for his career.
Years ago, a father walked into a restaurant and executed his daughter’s drug dealer. Eugene, OR, I believe. Dealer had left death threats on an answering machine, over unpaid drug debts. Jury cut him loose.
