They do not have the right to enter your home. They must deal with your accountant. They simply cannot come in and dun you like that. Any action such as an agent claiming the right to enter my property without any proof of such authority will be met with extreme resistance.

I read an article in The American Spectator over 30 years ago, about the militarization of federal departments. Even by then, many federal agencies had Special Agents and SWAT teams, including Fish & Wildlife, Interior Dept, IRS, Parks Dept, as well as the FBI, ATF, DEA, etc.

The CIA used to be restricted to foreign espionage, but they were allowed Special Agents and enforcement powers in the 1990s.

Find the “agent”, name, phone, address, everything. Put the information out there.

The IRS agents are using aliases.

You know, like criminals and fraudsters do.

The Ohio case is particularly troubling as the agent had no warrant and entered the home under a false name. The police were amiss in not arresting that goon on the spot for impersonating a government agent and making false threats. Congress should immediately call IRS officials on the carpet about why their agents are illegally harassing taxpayers and seizing gun registration information under a false warrant. State AGs should also be investigating and bringing state charges against these government goons.
