A woman, 21, who survived a 'Dukes of Hazard-style' horror crash in a now-viral video said she was left severely injured and makes it difficult to sleep.
Tanaijsha Bruton soared 120 feet in the air - struck another vehicle and tumbled end over end before coming to rest upside down during the May 24 Georgia highway wreck.
Video from the incident quickly went viral and drew comparisons to various TV and movie car chase scenes.
Bruton told WALB-TV she couldn't remember everything from the incident, but was shown the ordeal on social media. She said she remembered the pain she felt afterward.
'It hurts really, really bad. I felt everything,' she said.
A Lowndes County sheriff's deputy was responding to an earlier wreck on the day when his body camera recorded Bruton's sedan flying into the air after driving up the ramp of a tow truck.
The astonishing footage showed the moment Bruton's car flipped after hitting the ramp of the tow truck at full speed.
At the time, a Georgia State Patrol confirmed that a 21-year-old Tallahassee woman was severely injured in the airborne crash on Highway 84, but miraculously managed to survive. Bruton was , who was transported to the South Georgia Medical Center after the crash near Valdosta, Georgia.
The deputy rushed to help Bruton who was transported to South Georgia Medical Center after the crash near Valdosta, Georgia.
In the video, the deputy was seen walking along the stopped highway on the other side while attending to a separate crash.
The camera turned as he faced the other side of the road with the red tow truck in view.

Of course.
Just how fast was this idiot woman going and what was she doing?
Now she is on the hunt for money suing anybody in sight big enough to die.
If she couldn’t see all the vehicles with flashing lights, little children on bikes, and babies in strollers have no chance to survive when she drives. No sympathy for her.
Lol!
“Did you hear that BOOM?
I think somebody just broke the Sound Barrier again!”
No blame? How do you miss stationary cars all over the road ahead from a previous collision, not to mention the ramp of a parked flatbed tow truck sticking 10' up in the air?
Was the tow truck ok?
Get off the blasted phone.
I know someone something like that happened to. He was getting his car towed when some young, ditzy kid was on her phone and didn’t see them down the road and slammed full tilt into his car on the tow truck bed. He, the cop, and the tow truck driver saw the whole thing.
And yup, she was on her phone.
Never found out what happened to her, but she was definitely hurt.
Bruton claimed she had been blamed for the collision but said the truck was stopped in the fast lane of the highway with no indicators illuminated.
Here comes the law suit.
Damn straight. The tow truck driver was parked in a traffic lane with no emergency lights flashing.
He was 100% at fault.
"Dukes of Hazzard?!" This is approaching "The Blues Brothers" dimensions!
Regards,
Tow truck didn't have its emergency lights flashing.
Review the video again.
That's what the cop's body cam video shows.
She drove like a moth flying into a bugzapper, and it’s everyone else’s fault she couldn’t see the flatbed in front of her?
Shw failed her perception check.
Notice “Crazy Cooter” Davenport is right by his wrecker and does not even notice? So used to the Duke boys doing that he’s not even phased.
The moron was the truck that parked in the middle of the road.
“Bruton claimed she had been blamed for the collision but said the truck was stopped in the fast lane of the highway with no indicators illuminated.”
It looked to me the tow truck driver was in the left shoulder. Then again I don’t know Georgia roads, but he was over as far as he could go without being in the grass.
I watch the video where she when air borne over and over. She was going very fast. What is the speed limit on that road in Georgia? The other car in the right lane was not going near that fast.
As for lights on the tow truck I honestly can’t tell. I need a stationary camera from the officers car to see better.
If she was in fact on her cell phone like other here speculate then the accident is her fault.
Next week on the Dukes, the new girl in town ran into some car troubles while running from Sheriff Roscoe and Flash and needed help from the Daisy and the Boys in gettin’ her car back on the road.
She’s Lizzo’s twin.
Sorry to tell you this, but 3 of the woman in this picture is not quite a “Lizzo”.
Both in size, or shape.
“Fast lane”. BS.
The far left lane is for drivers who are exiting the highway, or who did not just get on the highway.
It’s no the “fast” lane, it’s the “I’m still going on this road” lane.
So you believe there is no obligation for a driver to keep a proper lookout in Georgia?
