I hate to ask a rational question, but the censure motion included a whopping fine. Is the fine unconstitutional? It is unprecendented, to my knowledge.

Massie said it was unconstitutional.

There’s nothing unconstitutional about it, and if Massie claims it is then he is verifiably full of Schitt.

What I heard on War Room a few minutes ago, the fine is just a suggestion to pass on to the Ethics Committee. The Ethics Committee could raise it, lower it, or throw it out.
