My argument for phoning as an out-of-state Texan, was to simply remind their offices that PAC funders are now available to we Republicans donors, from across the nation, who no longer use the RNC to keep the spineless in office just because they have an R behind their name, that after all, the RNC is now a cadaver of itself.

I find nothing on RICO charges that applies to Military Tribunal Courts.
I did find that RICO circa 1970, was at one time confined to Federal court charges only, and there were appeals for RICO charges to be permitted in Civil courts as well. (Sorry, I didn’t read the outcome for its
use in civil cases.🤔)
