If I might make a suggestion...

How about a short synopsis or “headline-equivalent” of a JOS post in the main thread, with a link to a more detail discussion in Festival?

That way, those interested can click the link and not be deprived of the information if they want it, and those of us who, when we see JOS’s name in the main thread, can continue scrolling, thereby saving some repetitive strain on our scrolling fingers.

GP has improved a lot, I think.

For a time, initially, and due to so much competition, a lot of their *titles* did not match their actual content.
Sometimes, it didn’t even relate.

I remember when it was often called “click bait”, right here.

Now, however, events have caught up with GP’s dramatic titles, and they have an expanded team of reporters who are on target with the best of them in most content.

I use them as FR used to use the old Drudge Report, for the day star on news.

GP for me is early edge on several reports, and timely on unfolding details from outside reports. There have been noticeable changes, funding, much higher profile and improved click ratings, imo.

The Hoft Bros. are also fielding law suits from all the right people- ie., the enemies of free speech and suppression. And, they’re winning. ☺️
