Yeo. Reminds me of that cop who told that battered woman who refused to press charges or go to a shelter: “I am going to fill that police report for you and then I will find you dead sooner rather than later.”

.
It was Never handed over to Congress, and it’s a horrible precedent.
Now, when it comes to bank records and more in-depth matters, what do you think the FBi is going to do?
You have five minutes to peruse it in a SCIF, where rules say you are prohibited from taking notes. McCarthy knew what he was doing.

Uncanny indeed. Every time democrats bring up charges, republicants have a bunch of boot leakers who cannot help themselves comply with it. But when a republican brings charges on a democrat, same republicans fet offended. It is unbelievable.

Buck Sexton gave his view, on that, on Shawn Ryan's show, recently.
It's been my thoughts, for a long time, too.

Now, when it comes to bank records and more in-depth matters, what do you think the FBi is going to do?Nothing. The banks are already complying and they have
the same docs the FBI does. They originated them!
Do you think they're going to have their bank shut down
for not handing them over to Congress to protect Biden?
Past history already shows they will.

McCarthy knew what he was doing. When did McCarthy step in and dictate the terms of viewing in the SCIF?

Dems had fully choreographed hearings within days when they launched the phone call impeachment hoax. Obviously, GOP House is just going through the motions here. They haven’t changed one bit.

.
Comer said about six times on TV the only way the FBi could avoid the Contempt of Congress was to provide the Document and comply with the Subpoena.
Reading between the lines.
Comer put out the Contempt resolution, and it has a section that says FBi Accommodations do not comply with the Subpoena - and the House Committee needs to maintain physical possession of the Document.
Then on the Eve of the Contempt, McCarthy makes a curious statement and says, there’s no need to possess the Document, if the FBi provides viewing in a SCIF to the Committee.

Thank you. I'm
definitely more informed.
This caught my attention...
“Allowing all Oversight Committee members to review this record is an important step toward conducting oversight of the FBI and holding it accountable to the American people,” Comer said in a statement announcing his decision. Yeah, I can read between the lines. It looks like he's got a long game too that is only partially played out.
We'll see.

This needs to be made public. There has been enough information given out that everybody in those meetings KNOWS who the informant is.
Put them in front of the Oversight Committee on live TV and let the games begin!
