When I don’t want meat I REALLY don’t want fake meat. There are so many wonderful things that can be done with rice, beans, squash and much more.

I no longer patronize Taco Bell, but a good meatless (not vegan) entree was the seven-layer burrito. $1.50 got you a well filled burrito with cheese food product, pseudo guacamole, sour cream, beans, lettuce, tomato, etc.

I still miss the Meximelt.
