Mag O7: Weed and Feed for your gut biome

Your gut biome is the ecosystem of germs that help you digest and absorb your food it also interacts with many other bodily processes and if it gets out of balance or picks up a colony of something nasty it can harm you in ways that you would not expect.

TCM herbal therapy is thought to work by tweaking and rebalancing your gut biome in addition to other possible mechanisms of action.
TCM is extremely complex and you may not have access to an experienced practitioner, but I have found a simple western style approximation that you can self administer for extremely good results.

Fortunately for us most bad or less desirable germs hate oxygen and most good or preferable germs love it, the body even has a mechanism to transfer oxygen from your blood to your intestinal environment to encourage good germs over bad. (this can also be used in reverse to provide hospital patients with oxygen through their intestines according to recent research)

As you may have guessed from the title the product is called Mag O7. (that’s the letter O for oxygen not the numeral 0)
This product is specially ozonated magnesium oxide that carries extra oxygen which it releases in your intestines.
The pitch on the bottle is that it will help you unclog your system and cleanse the intestine walls of built up junk that sticks to them and harbors bad stuff while inhibiting nutrient absorption,
But once you have done the first purge period following the directions on the bottle you can keep it going longer for better results of permanently improving your gut biome.
If you continue with the number of pills suggested for the purge period you may experience over-effectiveness due to die off from the oxygen hating enemy, if this occurs you should reduce the number of pills you take each day until things are comfortable again, you may have to take a few days off until things stabilize again if you get down to one pill and still experience issues.
But once the initial carpet bombing is over you should come back and start with one pill a day and after waiting a few days to see how that works out you can try going up one pill at a time while waiting a few days to see how it works out, back down a pill again if you start to get undesired results.
In order to get maximum long term benefits you will want to keep taking at least one pill a day for months, perhaps longer.

This product has helped me more than any other I have tried other than MCT oil and I’m not even done using it.

Be sure to keep some electrolytes, like a sports drink handy.

It also contains potassium and at 3 pills it’s as much as they cautiously recommend taking as a supplement (99 mg)

Here’s my solution to a better gut and mouth biome.

1. Buy as many different kinds of fermented foods at the grocery that you can find that’s not in a can. I try to have 3-5 on hand. Dip into 3 or 4 of them a day with just a bite or two (if you can resist that delicious kimchee).

Aside: learn to make your own fermented foods.

2. Never ever use an alcohol or peroxide based mouthwash. You are killing the good bacteria in your mouth. You don’t want that.

3. Purchase some mouth flora “candy” for after cleaning your teeth. This should contain lactobacillus salivarious. You can also buy caps of LS. You just open the cap and dump in your mouth and swish it around. It has no taste, but the texture is a little funky.

4. Have about a tablespoon swig of ACV daily.
