I’m asking you. and those of you who post here
would you please say a prayer for me today?
My 02 Sats have been dipping low and I
have not been able to maintain higher numbers on my own.
I usually do very well, but I have not been able
to go off my 02 concentrator (The big “fixed air flow” one) all day.
It’s very disheartening..

I am sorry to hear that MS.B. Have you ever tried one of these to help expand your lungs? My husband was given one when doing therapy. I have used it a few times. I need to start doing it regularly. I hardly ever have to use my 02 concentrator now.
Or if you have one of those devices from a hospital where you have to inhale and hold the ball up for a bit it helps.
